Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's everything you need to know about our cancellation policy before you book your stay.

Deposit Requirement

A first-night deposit is required for all reservations at the time of booking.

Standard Cancellations (Non-Holidays)

You'll receive a full refund of your deposit if you cancel:

72 hours or more before your scheduled check-in date.

Holiday Cancellations

During holidays, a longer notice is required. You'll receive a full refund if you cancel:

At least 2 weeks (14 days) before your scheduled check-in date.

Late Cancellations

If your cancellation is not made within the timeframes listed above, your first-night deposit will be forfeited.
